Do you have a clear understanding of why you want to study Yin, Restorative & Yoga Nidra? Our training is an intensive residential experience that can be a transformative journey, however it does involve hard work and motivation to get the most out of the experience.

Are you able to establish boundaries and maintain a sense of self in group settings? Some of our classes involve teamwork and group learning activities requiring active participation from all trainees.

This training is not a trauma resolution training for participants. We expect participants to have a strong sense of self and an ability to self-regulate. If this conflicts with your idea of a Yoga Teacher Training, please consider whether this is the right path for you.
