Manouk is a therapist, teacher trainer, retreat leader and lifelong student of yoga.

She aims to evoke compassion, curiosity and contentment through how we move and breathe, on and off the mat. Manouk offers experiences that integrate the ancient wisdom of yoga with contemporary science of the mind and body.
