I am dedicated to making yoga a truly accessible and enjoyable practice for all. You can expect precise information, correct instructions and detailed guidance in my sessions.

If you want to gain a greater sense of self-awareness and control over how you move and breathe, and also learn how you can integrate this deeper understanding of yourself into your daily life, then you’ve come to the right place. My sessions are ideal for:

We practice in an interactive and non-dogmatic manner. You are not just another student to me. Your life story is unique and I will ensure that together we cultivate a practice that feels good and gives you life-long tools to move and breathe well. We focus on:

  • Knowing you are safe is essential to being able to relax. Be guided safely and correctly, and feel comfortable and supported in your yoga practice. You will learn to trust and respect the intelligence of you body. As well as become smart and intuitive when it comes to how you move your body.

  • After just a few classes you can expect to already have a much better understanding of how your mind and body work. I interweave knowledge and education throughout the classes, working thematically, and allowing you to not only learn how to do yoga, but also WHY it is so beneficial for you, through evidence-based information .

  • By working directly with the neuromuscular connections of the mind and body, you will increase your self-awareness and gain a greater sense of control over your movement and breathing. You will come to understand and appreciate the way your nervous system, muscles and limbs tell the stories that are alive within you.

  • Our intention is to create sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) in how we move and breathe - on our mat and in life. You will learn to move purposefully, and every pose will aim to benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally. You will realize that your practice is more focused on what you feel rather than what you see.

  • Understand profound movement and breathing techniques that you can integrate into your daily life and master life-long habits that encourage strength, stability and longevity.
