RESTORATIVE

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Because rest isn’t a luxury—it’s essential

This online Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is a practical, flexible course designed to give you the skills and confidence to teach one of the most impactful styles of yoga today.

Whether you’re a new or experienced yoga teacher, you’ll learn to move beyond the idea of rest as “just lying down” and discover how supported postures, props, and nervous system care can transform your students’ experience.

In a world of stress, anxiety and fatigue, Restorative Yoga offers tools to meet students where they are—with safety, compassion, and depth. Teaching it isn’t about fancy sequencing, but about creating space for true quiet and calm.

By the end of this course you’ll feel fully confident offering restorative practices in classes, workshops, or 1-to-1s, adding something powerful and potent to your teaching toolkit.

This training is for you if:

✅ You want to add restorative yoga to your teaching toolkit

✅ You’ve realised the necessity of supporting students with stress, anxiety, or burnout

✅ You’re keen to learn safe, trauma-informed practices

✅ You feel ready to expand your class offerings and attract new students

✅ You want to deepen your own understanding of rest and nervous system regulation

✅ You’d like to earn 40hr Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) credits

How we’ll learn together:

"The training was absolute GOLD DUST every day! The online setting didn’t feel like a limitation at all. The way you carried the content and wove in moments for us to practice and really feel the essence of what you were teaching us made all the difference. I’ve come away feeling so inspired, not only to teach restorative, but just in general.”

Freya Gibbs, previous participant (2023)
