“The online setting didn’t feel like a limitation at all”

"The training was absolute GOLD DUST every day! Thank you so much for guiding us with so much heart, humanness and kindness. I loved every single day and I really didn’t want it to end. The online setting didn’t feel like a limitation at all. The way you carried the content throughout the days and wove in moments for us to practice and really feel the essence of what you were teaching us made all the difference. I’ve come away feeling so inspired, not only to teach restorative, but just in general. I never feel like my words can do justice to the experience, but if they help capture a glimmer of the magic in the training, that’s great!"

Restorative Yoga

In today’s turbulent and uncertain world, Restorative Yoga is quickly becoming one of the most popular forms of yoga. It is a fantastic way to address and manage many issues, including physical, mental and emotional challenges. Restorative Yoga can be a wonderful tool to reduce stress and find balance in our often hectic lifestyle. It is also ideal for assisting those working with injuries, or conditions such as high blood pressure, anxiety or chronic fatigue. Restorative yoga uses supported postures to encourage the passive release of tension stored in the body. It also calms the nervous system, and invites an opportunity for deep and nourishing rest.

“Really thought provoking for my own practice and as a yoga teacher”

“I was fortunate enough to attend Manouk's Restorative Yoga teacher training last October. It was a wonderful experience, and really thought provoking for my own practice and as a yoga teacher. Manouk has a beautiful teaching style, really flowing along with all the changing needs of the group. I felt supported and encouraged to go forward and try out what I learned and I have already started to bring more restorative techniques into my sessions. If you have the opportunity to attend this course - I highly recommend it.”
