FINAL ASSIGNMENT: TEACHING INTEGRATION

The intention of this assignment is for you to learn how to set someone else up in Restorative poses. It can be handed in as a Word document, PDF document or Google doc and sent to manouktideman@gmail.com.

1. Set someone up in a Restorative Backbend. Take a photo and write a short reflection how it felt to set up a Restorative pose for this person (e.g. what questions did you ask to assess their comfort, how could you tell the person was relaxed, and how long did they hold the pose).

2. Set someone up in a Supported Twist. Take a photo and write a short reflection how it felt to set up a Restorative pose for this person (e.g. what questions did you ask to assess their comfort, how could you tell the person was relaxed, and how long did they hold the pose).

3. Set someone up in a Restorative Forward Fold. Take a photo and write a short reflection how it felt to set up a Restorative pose for this person (e.g. what questions did you ask to assess their comfort, how could you tell the person was relaxed, and how long did they hold the pose).

4. Set someone up in a Restorative Inversion. Take a photo and write a short reflection how it felt to set up a Restorative pose for this person (e.g. what questions did you ask to assess their comfort, how could you tell the person was relaxed, and how long did they hold the pose).

5. Set someone up a Restorative Savasana. Take a photo and write a short reflection how it felt to set up a Restorative pose for this person (e.g. what questions did you ask to assess their comfort, how could you tell the person was relaxed, and how long did they hold the pose).
