Booking Terms

For in-person trainings:

This booking request is free and non-binding. Upon completing this form, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your interest and the availability for your room preference (if applicable). Once you feel ready to confirm your booking, a payment request will be sent asking that you pay a deposit to secure your booking. When your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of your booking and any further details you may need. Deposits cannot be refunded, but can be used for a future retreat or training if your plans change.

For online trainings:

The full amount is due to confirm your spot. The amount cannot be refunded but can be transferred to a future retreat or training if plans change.

Cancellations: 30 days or more before the start of the retreat, the deposit will be retained but the balance will be returned. From 30 days to the start of the retreat, the entire fee will be retained. Exceptions can be made if extenuating circumstances apply.
