The Pulse of Presence is a unique workshop that invites you to explore somatic practices that embody the natural rhythm, movement, and flow of the heart. Through an integral anatomy journey, we will interweave yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, connecting deeply with the wisdom and resilience held within you.
Discover the lessons your heart has to share—lessons of grace, vulnerability, and enduring strength. This workshop is especially ideal if you are seeking a more tender relationship with yourself or if you wish to cultivate a heart-centered approach to your yoga practice. Celebrate the power of your heart and experience a profound sense of connection and self-compassion.

YOUR TEACHER
Manouk had her first heart surgery at just 3 weeks old, and six surgeries have since followed. She lives with a congenital heart defect, which means she’ll require surgery throughout her life. Despite these setbacks, her heart has been her greatest teacher. She has spent nearly two decades exploring the power and potential of yoga, the story of our bodies, and the possibility of drawing lessons from our yoga mat into our life. She now spends her days training the next generation of yoga teachers and students, providing integral anatomy education for yoga schools, and also supporting those who seek a more peaceful and purposeful way of living. This workshop is a celebration of 10 years since her last open-heart surgery. Everyone is welcome.
